… That is the 2 bolt control arm, what year model did it change?

The two bolt style is far more common, it is basically the rule for all FWD, P80 cars, 93-00.

The C70 is the only FWD car that only uses 4-bolt control arms. It's true for them all, 98-04. I don't understand why, since the C70 is a lightweight coupe.
Otherwise, the 98-00 AWD use the 4-bolt arms. I'm not sure if it is just some of the AWDs, or all of them.

My Alldata says that either style can appear in the 99 model year, so you have to roll under and Check parts

The Lemfordors are cheaper than the trw's and ill check around price wise, but ill stick with OEM.. I kinda though URO was crap, i remember that from my 94 E320.
