I am replacing the PCV system on this C70 and by mistake removed the bolt holding the Knock Sensor. On Robert video he indicates that the position is important. Any ideas how to know correct position for my car. I can copy what Roberts has but the sensor I did not disconnect has different position that his has.

Thanks. Actually the front one (cyl 2) is 3:00 and the back (driverside) cyl4 one 6:00. Picture you posted has the opposite. (The KS i did not touch is the one on the back of engine cyl 4 and that remains 6:00. One on the passenger side I removed by mistake & Put it back to 3:00.

The angle for the knock sensor on the left (cylinder 2) was 3:00 for 93-98 P80 cars, if you think about it it almost has to be because otherwise the oil trap will get in the way of the connector. So that one didn't change.

For the 93-98 P80 cars, the angle for the knock sensor on the right is 5:00, so it seems that one changed at some point. Strange ...

Im vaguely remembering having this thought process when I did my PCV and knock sensors on my 1999, and sure enough my picture shows the ALLdata picture above is wrong.
