Belt goes under crank, then intake cam, exhaust cam, water pump, then slides onto the tensioner last. My 850 has a blind piece of metal under the crank, so the belt was 'short' until I got the belt on the crank cleanly.

Get the hex key into the tensioner and move it both ways to find the least tensioned spot. Water pump is the last pulley the belt needs to go onto.

I’ve noticed a lot of DIY don’t know this trick on timing belts. It easier to put the last part of a tensioned belt onto a larger, rather than smaller, pulley.
