fog light switch and cigarette socking

hello,
i own a s40 2003,i installed front fog lights,but did not find a switch in near garages,is there anyway other than ordering a new expensive switch light with fog lamp option?and if not does work directly or it needs scanner first to programm it to work on the car?
one more question,how do u remove the cigarette socking,i removed the wire but i dont know how to remove to replace
