My experience with transmissions is that once they show a bad sign, take it straight home (which is what I did). In other words, even though myself and a trans pro think it's only lost a tooth or 2, I wouldn't drive it that far. If you come up with the parts, I'll swap it, or help you and THEN you drive it to Fairbanks if you like
