Keyless Entry Remote Fob

Key fob without panic button from a '98 V70, but should work with most S70/V70/C70/S90/V90/S40/V40/960/850s.
Good shape, but I cannot test it since it isn't programmed to my car. The buttons click nice and it will probably work no problem. The case isn't genuine Volvo, but it's not damaged other than worn writing on the buttons.

i'm interested. does a dealership have to program it for the 98s? or can i do it myself?

I'm not sure. I've heard that some '98s can be manually programmed, but I've heard from others that it doesn't work. Apparently the dealer should be able to do it for free, because they just have to look up a code based on your VIN or something like that.
