Third row for 01 XC70?

We are looking for a lower mileage xc70 with a third row. Its been hard in our price range but there are a lot without the third row. Has anyone put a third row into a non third row vehicle using parts from a wrecked one?
If so:
How hard was it find parts, was it more then $1500 to buy them, was it a straight install or did it require modifications?

We have had a couple of threads on this in history.

From memory, one issue I seem to remember is the mount bracket for the third seat upright part is actually in every car hidden behind the carpet? See if you can feel it.

The trim parts , etc are all No longer available new

You should be able to find a complete kit these days (used), with all parts, for about $300 (plus or minus $50).

Will fit all 98-2000 and I think all 850s as well.
