what is the first three things you should order to start your stage 0

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. i have a 1999 s70 it has 215k on it and i want to start making it fast but i dont know where to start this is my first project

Looking at the stage 0 list on this site and then looking at the condition of those items on your car, only you can judge your first three.
