Rear window Angels wings? (rear wiper)

Hi Guys, I am trying to find out about my Rear windows Angel wings? There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the motor. But I have heard a rough noise occasionally. For some reason the wiper clears one side, at the top it misses, and then finishes clearing the other side.

When I bought the car it had no wiper, the PO tried to make do with out (i guess) I had the dealership replace the whole arm, and they are willing to replace the whole arm again, I just want to make sure its the arm vs motor?

After reviewing the motor replacement, there are 3 bolts that hold it in, could the top one not be gripping, or has a washer where its not required? (Guessing)

Check the bolts are tight. Try new arm. Surprised the dealership let it go out the door like that.
