I don't. The car never came with it! And frankly, I couldn't see the use of it either. But being that now we're taking longer drives, I figured that it would make economical sense to get one. I have to take a picture of it so you can see. The holes in the tabs just don't line up. The tabs would have to be about an inch longer on either side in order for it to work.
I won't pay for another one of these things unless it flies off while my wife is cruzing down the highway! The plastic is so cheap! I would rather bend and Gorilla glue and screw on copper pipe straps onto it to keep it going than buy another URO one. Thanks for the pointers. I'll definitely keep that in mind for when this think inevitably breaks...
