Okay, so being new to the site/forum etc. I thought I would show you guys what I've been working on in my spare time. The rough one is obviously what I started with, and the one you can see my reflection in is the finished product. All casting marks/lines were removed, as well as all radiuses smoothed.

The process I used was starting with a pneumatic angle die grinder, remove rough casting with 80 grit discs...then to 120 grit. From there its all hand sanding starting with 220 working all the way up to like 400...then polishing compound on a angle and straight die grinder...
