B5254T PISTONS QUESTION

Hi, the b5254T engine of S70 or v70 turbo have 83mm diameter, but looking in the vadis system says the part nº of the pistons is 272921, looking for buy this part number, i find that this part fit in this cars: have the b5244 and b5254 engine the same diameter?, i think the b5234t engine have a 81 mm diameter thanks

Yes the B5244T engine had very similar pistons. The changes in the B5244T were in oil squirting toward the piston skirt for lubrication and cooling and shimmed tappets instead of hydraulic . Both carry 2435cc capacity by means of the same bore and stroke and the gudgeon pin position is the same.
