Quick question about removing turbo CHRA only -- XC90 2.5

Post by Got2AV8 »

Hey all -- Quick question for anyone who knows. I want to pull the CHRA (only) -- I am swapping it with another matching one. It seems that I have to remove the band clamp, etc., but will also need to remove a few cooling lines and such.

Here's the question: Will I be able to only disconnect those lines AT the CHRA and navigate in out and the new one in? Also, what gaskets/o-rings will I need for replacement (so I can get them ahead of time)?

Thank you much

As relates to extra parts required-
Qty 6, PN 947282 (4 for coolant lines, 2 for oil line)
Qty 1, PN 31251456 (lower oil drain at turbo)
Qty 1, PN 31251439 (lower oil drain at sump)

Out of curiosity, reason for replacement?
