Help diagnosing leak by motor mount w/pictures

Been smelling a burning oil smell recently while driving with windows open or after I've driven it. I've been checking my oil and trans fluids and they are both fine. There seems to be an endless supply of oil dripping on the exhaust manifold drivers side right by the turbo. No exhaust smoke at start up or driving even when I get on it hard. It seems like its directly under the top motor mount and near the cam position sensor.

Trying to get some ideas before it tear something apart needlessly. After thinking about it and looking at the pictures again maybe it's the oil fill cap leaking? That would be interesting as I do have negative pressure in the crank case.
