Desperately in need of VIDA 14

A month ago, I just lost my beloved 02 S60 to a city employee's action who rose his snow plow and banged it on the rear door during last snow removal.
The car was declared "total loss" by the insurance company. I decided to get another S60. And got one 2012. Now I have a new problem; Vida 12 can't read it. I need a Vida 14, I guess.

Where can I find one?
Can anyone tell me? Please.

Thank you. I ordered one. hopefully it will be here in a week or so. But I read that a lot of people are having trouble installing it on win 7 or 8. It is compatible with Win XP only (like the older one) ?

VIDA 14 requires Internet Explorer 10 which is no longer available on the Microsoft download site. You can find it at oldversion dot com. You can use VirtualBox to setup a Windows 7 VM if you have access to the Windows 7 install media and a product key.
