I bought my hoses from Stylin' Motors back in '06. I got the clamps they offered at the same time. They're 10 years old and still look and work great

I like these clamps, too. I'll look around and see what I find online. I know you can get clamps for next to nothing at any neighborhood auto parts store. But this really is a place not to skimp. Clamps should last the life of the car! Thanks everyone for the pictures of your clamps, gosh, they're beautiful! I'll post up the results, pictures, and prices in case anyone else is as interested in clamps as I am!

Great tip about the seeping and self-tightening fittings! Especially for anyone thinking about over-tightening a clamp on the plastic inlet of a radiator! :shock:

I have found these hoses on eBay and am wondering if anyone on here has installed them. Is it as simple as carefully removing the old heater core hoses and clamping these over the metal outlets? It says that these are only for Turbos... But aren't the heater core hoses the same on Turbos and N/As?

I remember looking up the heater hoses for my cousin's T5, and I think the turbo heater hoses are different. I think they're routed a little differently because of the placement of the turbo.

Yep, turbo and NA heater hoses have different shapes, because the turbo is right there near the firewall.

Distance look similar... main difference is the hard line. Honestly you might be able to fit the turbo lines on an N/A, but you might have tighter bends in the hose, which could kink it and restrict coolant flow.

Is that install really that simple? You need to block the firewall hole when done....???

Replacement was pretty easy on my cousin's S70. It took a little bit of moving things around, but it was pretty straightforward. Not much leakage surprisingly.
