Heat, smoke and vibration from rear wheel

Hi,
This morning I managed to rotate the hard line nut enough to get the hose in the right position.
I bled he system and tested the car.
Vibration and heat disappeared, so the issue on the right wheel is resolved.

I then began to work on the rear left hose replacement, I knew it was going to be harder that the right one.
In fact, I managed to round the hose end that connects to the hard line, the nut on the hard line is still perfect.

The biggest problem is that I cannot remove or loose the bracket, this makes things extremely difficult.
The bracket is held by a 10mm bolt and a 13mm nut. I could easily remove the nut because it's under the car and you have space.
Once the nut is removed, even hammering the bolt did not pushed it up.

Is this bolt threaded and needs to be unscrewed from the top?
Unfortunately there is no space to use a wrench to unscrew it. I soaked it with PB Blaster but it does not seem to help.
On the other end, if I do not remove the bracket I cannot attempt to work on the hard line nut as I think it is the only chance I have to unscrew the thing.

Alternatively, I could try to saw the hose close to where it is rounded and then try an extractor socket.
However, I have no space to saw the hose if I do not get rid of the bloody bracket holding it.

So, it looks like I am stuck and again I need your precious advice.

I think you just have to wedge that metal clip,off with a big screwdriver, then the hose will wiggle out of the bracket with some channel lock pliers or a Vice Grip (tm)

Get the screwdriver into the U hole of the clip,and pry down. Stop and find U clip.

Now lock pliers onto the hose and wiggle it free.

You are correct Abscate. If I remember correctly after the u shaped clamp is off there is a little cut out just behind hose to slip hose out of bracket.

Just to be sure I have understood correctly, this is the clip I should remove with the screwdriver?



If this is correct this clip (999290) cannot be removed, I can possibly disengage it and the hose will be free to shift in the hole of the bracket.
In fact, regarding the bracket (30714585) there is no cut to allow the hose to be freed, there is a hole and I am sure because I just did the right one and there is only a hole.

If I manage to disengage the clip, I can probably shift the hose a bit so that I can try again to undo it, but I am skeptical because there will be only a small part of the nut which is not rounded yet.

Does anybody know how to remove the bracket at the base, I am talking about the bolt in the second/third picture of my previous message.
As I said, I removed the 10mm nut, but the bolt does now move even if hammered.
Is it screwed in the metal?

Another possibility I was thinking about is to drill a hole in the metal part of the hose and try to undo it with a screwdriver, but I suspect I would brake the screwdriver

Otherwise, saw the hose close to the rounded area and try an extractor socket, but I cannot saw it unless I manage to remove the bracket.
