Loose hose under car

I was changing the brakes on my 2004 c70 and noticed a lose hose on the passenger side just in front of the rear wheel. It is attached to a plastic box that has wires running to it. It appears to be knocked off when it hit something. I searched and searched but cannot figure out what this is. Any suggestions? Thx

That looks like a later generation purge hose for the EVAP system - if it is off, you will pop a "service engine soon" light in a few hundred miles
