Can't get back window to roll up on my 1998 V70

1992 - 1997 850, including 850 R, 850 T-5R, 850 T-5, 850 GLT

Before anyone starts tearing up the window motors,
it's worth keeping in mind that if the motor works
one way, but not the other, then the motor is OK.

99.9 times out of 100, the switches are the problem.
'98 V70 R - Well Equipped for Life Up North... ;)

Can you do a quick test of switches by swapping connectors or are they keyed to the right one? I forgot from when I did my window switch replacement.

I seem to recall you can swap them over from side to side on the master switch. Not sure about the rear door switches though.

remove the switch and clean it with contact cleaner or WD40, I had the same issue.

Then cycle it back and forth until it works.
