Running hot and burning allot of oil
Hey guys my car has been running really hot and burning allot of oil, but not leaking on the ground. I think it is leaking a bit from the rear exhaust in the back of the engine. But it's so hot. Everything under the hood is to hot to touch pretty much and the fan comes on allot. That leak must be minor or it must be something else but car runs so hot. And Burns allot of oil.

Well, lets look at some basics here. How much oil (in quarts) is it using and how old is the engine, or how many miles does it have on it?
In regards to running hot, is this your perception or does the temp gauge actually tell you this? If it does, then you need to start diagnosing the cooling system. I wonder if your radiator is plugging up or your water pump is wearing out?

Everything SHOULD be hot to touch. Then engine operating temperature is around 190-221F!!!
PCV system ever been serviced? If not, I start there.

Yes it sounds funny but it seems way hotter then normal. Or I'm going crazy. When I just riding it comes in from the vent hot as hell. I did the pcv few years ago. It's still working good I checked it. Could it be the the thermostat i need a cooler one. All I know it's burning allot of oil and it's not leaking on the ground. I didn't take a temp reading. I'll see if I can get some readings. I took the cap off the coolant and revved it and it was flowing both radiator hoses are hot. I also noticed the while radiator is holding by one clamp and just laying on the other side wall. What can I look for besides pcv. That's the first thing I serviced on the car and checked. The only code I have is front knock sensor and it's been there for years. It only usually goes off when my engine starts to tick loud from low oil. But I'm putting at least 5 quarts or more between oil change. It has about 150k on the clock i usually use mobile 1 10 w 40 but ATM I'm running Valvoline high mileage synthetic 10 w 30 and I added the synthetic lucus oil as a test. I'm going back to mobile 1. But I don't think the oil is the problem.

do you see bursts of blue smoke when you first start it up or goose the throttle? if so it could be blow-by on worn rings or you could be losing it through the turbo if you shaft or seals are worn. +1 on posting some more diagnostics (ie. running temps). check the oil for coolant and the coolant bottle for oil - could be head gasket

No smoke. Ive compression checked it about a year or two ago and they were all fine, no blow by three pcv Is working good, tcchanged the radiator and the temps defiantly went down. The fan was always coming on with the old radiator, then the radiator finally developed a leak, and was even leaking transmission fluid into the coolant, but that was OK add long add it want the opposite coolant into tranny fluid. But yea I put the new radiator and the fan hardly ever comes on now. So I'm pretty sure g that was the problem if not then miss the problem. I'll have to test the ending temps now with the new radiator. But Yea What A difference putting in a new radiator from an old leaking one lol. Alot cooler with new radiator. got it cheap to for 53 bucks and free shipping.I shoulda got the hardware with the o rings and new clips but I used worm clamps and tightened them real right over the old clips, but I was missing an oring or two they where brittle so during uninstall they broke. But even know no orings the worm clamps tightened Tyne clips in so they don't move at all. Sorry for the rant. Basically just wanna know the next plan of action if the canister is fine. thanks on advance all.

Does your radiator also have an integral OIL cooler? it may have been losing oil into the coolant and burned/leaked that too. Has the oil consumption decreased or still high?
