The seller of this vehicle assures me this engine mount is brand new and cannot be broken, but this doesnt look right.

Yea, its not right.
I just got a new one in to replace mine that was doing the exact same thing.
The new one doesn't move at all.
I'll get pictures of worn out bushings as I'm doing all of them this weekend.

Buy the round, earlier one, 99-2004, (Bolts into the same holes). Those you can SEE if it's worn/broken or not.
