I'd say that one's toast! Did you measure the voltage drop on it before swapping it out?

yep, I had already done that as mine were toast just like that. I replaced them but I still have the same voltage issues. No hesitation and no other CEL's only the solid up arrow.

I started having hesitations issues again yesterday. With the solid up arrow lit but never blinking and no lower gear starting off from being stopped, is it the PNP or do I have a malfunctioning "W" winter mode button? I've not seen much of anything on a solid lit up arrow.
