2007 c70 turns over fast but wont start

2007 c70 turns over fast but wont start

i have a volvo c70 2007 t5. it turns over fast but well not start i was driving down the road and it just turned off all lights on dash came on it was like turning key to on position and then found out the mail belt had broke replace and now just turns over fast with out starting any idea... i need help with this if anyone has any idea......
