It has both. the cam sensors are on the ends of both cams on head. The cranks sensor is on block behind cylinder 6, where the bell housing protrusion comes off from cylinder stack.
This is a bit of a shot in the dark, but hard starts followed by a stumble and then running smoothly could be a leaking injector as well. If putting the key in position II for a second or two before starting helps then that further hints that this could be the issue. I would hook up a fuel gauge to the rail, run the engine for a minute, shut it off, and see what happens to the fuel pressure. If it dives down fairly quickly you have a problem. That said, the pressure dropping off could also be the fuel pump letting fuel drain back into the tank.
