Leaking hose

I am assuming the bloated leaking hose is my turbo supply hose.

seems to run down this pipe and drip part of the turbo suppy? maybe the turbo itself is leaking the boot looked rather oiley.

I got every coolant hose replaced but the turbo supply hose the lower radiator hose was a bigger pain than I anticipated looks like next weekend for that last hose what a pain it looks to be.
