ACC Inoperative

I need some help for the "dog taxi." The ACC quit last Sunday. No fan no nada. Upon starting the car when car is cold, there are 2 lights flashing orange in the ACC system. One is the recyle button.
Any ideas?

The :dog taxi" is a 2000 V70 with about 175K on it.

The flashing leds are telling you there is a fault stored in the control unit.

Read that out with either VIDA or a high end scanner for guidance
