The door handle fits in to a washer (item 3 on attached drawing) and then turns 90 degrees and then you turn it and attach the screws. The washer fits in between two pieces of metal in the door. I believe the concave part of the washer faces toward the interior.
Problem: The washer ( item 3 )slips down between the two pieces of metal. Is there a clip that holds it in place or a certain way it fits in there?
