Do not get this Go Gear tower fan, you can feel it if you hold it 6" from your body and it covers
a 3"X3" area, surprised that it has a good rating:

This fan from Advance Auto parts (~$15) clipped to the passenger visor and aimed at
the chest covers from arm to arm and face, it is decent. 80 deg F and very
humid comfortable with the fan, not without. My son is young and skinny so it
should be much better for him. Will probably dash mount it if he likes it:

Didn't try any others.

Somewhere I have also have a fan. I bought it as sometimes in the winter we can get frost on the inside of the car, or the steering wheel gets really cold. Mind you it is still in the packaging somewhere......
