I have (12) brand new Bosch Motor Sport Volvo Racing Ignition Harnesses for sale. These were never sold to the public, they were just used in Bosch Motor Sport sponsored Volvo racing cars. The harnesses work in all 5 cylinder Volvo(s) from 2001 - 2007, they support all turbo or non-turbo Volvo 5 cylinder engines. I am asking 100.00 for each harness, plus 5.00 shipping to anywhere in the USofA. Now some might say, you got them for free, so why so much, cause I have seen many home-made harness going for double that price. And these are not home-made, they are genuine Bosch Motor Sport made harnesses. In fact, you cannot buy these anywhere, they were supplied by Bosch Motor Sport to racing teams that ran Volvo engines. Now, since Bosch Motor Sport discontinued its support of these 5 cylinder Volvo(s) engines in the racing world I was given these. Well, they were actually going to throw them out, so I asked if I could have a few, and they said sure, take all that I wanted, happy me! Anyway... I used (3) for my own Volvo(s) and I have (12) left that I am selling.
Each Kit Includes
01 x Bosch Motor Sport Volvo Racing Ignition Harnesses made by Bosch (Germany)
Bosch Motor Sport / Volvo OE ignition coil housings made by King Enterprises
10 x ignition coil housings included, (5 for R type ignition coils, and 5 for standard ignition coils)
Bosch Motor Sport / Volvo OE c/vvt housings made by TYCO / TE Connectivity
04 x housings are included, supports old style single housing and the newer style (single or dual c/vvt housings)
Bosch Motor Sport / Volvo OE wiring made by Elektrisola
all wiring is SXL-Plus pure copper core wire, and each strand is palladium plated, then finally gold plated.
Bosch Motor Sport / Volvo OE wire terminals made by TYCO / TE Connectivity
all terminals including the c / vvt terminals, ignition coil terminals, and ground terminals are brass, then palladium plated, and then they are finally gold plated.
Other notes...
These harnesses support turbo or non-turbo engines, so if you have a turbo engine, you can either keep the red / white non-turbo wire part of the harness and simply not use it, or you can easily slide each of the red / white wires out of the harness if you don't want them in your harness, and same goes for the c / vvt wires. It comes pre-wired to support dual c / vvt, but because each harness has pass-through wiring, you can easily remove unneeded c / vvt, or red / white ignition coil wire not needed for turbo(s)..
