Replaced Brake booster, now brakes stick

Post by Bowman98 »

Booster went while driving my 1993 940 turbo wagon. Replaced it, but now pedal will barely depress. Made an adjustment, but eventually pressure builds, brakes start to lock and car won't move. Any suggestions?

Did you check the length of the booster to master cylinder push rod?

The new booster seems too long. Can I shorten it?

The push rod should be adjustable.
