I recently did the struts, mounts, and spring seats. I used OEM.
If I had to do it again, I'd definitely use something with more stiffness.
I know it was not in the question, but it is a real world experience.
The endlinks also were installed [they were in the "kit"]. I still have to do the shocks.

There is now a creaking; you hear it at very low speed turning of the wheel. Where it eminates is anyone's guess. The mechanic said to "let them wear in". Uh-huh. I thought it might be between the old springs and the seats, but that would be pretty hard to mess up. Also, it is from both sides.

Any ideas what might have started to complain when some new parts are installed?

I'm probably gonna let the next guy fool with it. I'm content for now. Maybe.
