New Engine wiring harness no start from key, no OBD link ?

Hello ladies and gents, i haven't been here in quite some time, but I'm in need of some serious help right now, The issue at hand: I had an alternator go south on me about 1 month ago, I installed new ALT. also didn't like looks of a lot of the original plugs on engine harness, I just installed a new one today, right from Sweden, when I hooked up the BAT, my alarm and siren went off, until I put key in ignition. Went to start the car, key turns all the way to position 3, no soap...not even a click, So I went to see if there were any codes, My OBDII tool, says failed link ? everything in car works fine, double checked all plug, everything was fine, the harness was just made about to weeks ago, it is a perfect fit, I've had the BAT disconnected for the last month or so. I did the immobilizer reset, still no go, could my ALT, have damaged my CEM, or one of the relays on the CEM ? I'm really at a loss at this point, especially with no link to my OBD tool Or my VIDA....please help, need this car in a bad way.

This has been fixed, Took out the ecm cleaned all contcts on plug, and pins, car stated right up.
