2008 V70 Starting Issues

2008 V70 3.2 - Lately won't crank over. I tested battery & it is reading 14.8V. I can jump the car and it will start. This actually started about 8 months ago - I took the car to where I had initially purchased the battery and they said it tested ok. Drove the car and problem went away, but now has reappeared. Cables appear fine - no residue and terminal connections are tight. Any thoughts?
