I am probably wrong, but I don't believe that is an 'R'. Hard to tell from the pictures but looks like a regular 850, possibly a turbo that from the ad, has had an (bad) 'R' motor fitted. The value of the parts though are worth it even if it is not an 'R'.
Need to see interior pictures and more evidence like where are the wheels (should they not be Volans on an 'R')?

Yeah, there should be Volans on a '96-'97 R. Also, they didn't make an R or T-5R in 1994. Only a Turbo.
Looks like a regular old 850 N/A. Possibly turbo with Cetus wheels. Or, it could be a Turbo with the '96 R motor that was swapped in (which is really just a regular HPT with a different tune).

Depends on how well kept it's been. There are 850's that if they were given to me I would have said No- costs more to get to stage-0 than the car is worth.

Clearly not an R. To be generous, are there that many differences between the R and the Turbo/T5? Swapping the engine probably gets you most of the way there, performance-wise.
