Bulb Failure Light Flashes With Turn Signals '98 V70

Well I figured I'd continue my thread posting streak and ask about another one of my annoying bugs...
Sometimes when I have my headlights or parking lights on and I flick on my turn signal in either direction, the bulb failure light will flash in unison with the turn signal. However this isn't every time, and usually the light will only flash really quickly at the beginning of the turn signal flash and fade out. And today, I noticed that when I turned on the hazards, the back light behind the headlight knob parking light symbol was flashing brighter with the hazards. Pretty crazy.
Now, I think whatever the issue is, it's definitely related to one of the turn signals' wiring, BUT, I wanted to ask first to see if maybe this had anything to do with the flasher relay built into the switch. It's incredibly odd to me that the headlight knob would be flashing though. Where would there even be a common circuit?

I'll note as well that I have wired in the fender marker lights, but I don't think that would be a problem because the wires are soldered very nicely and wrapped securely. I also tapped into the dimmer switch in the dash to supply voltage to my boost gauge back light, and again, it's soldered and wrapped up.

Try swapping the bulbs out for the flasher units (front and back) as a bad bulb can cause this but still works. Also make sure the contacts on the bulb holders are clean and any related ground wires are onto clean surfaces.

Thanks, I'll clean all the contacts. Didn't think the bulbs could be an issue being that they all work perfectly fine, but who knows. If cleaning all the contacts doesn't work, it'd be worth a shot.

Cloud flare occasionally is the issue - even though they claim the remote host (server) isn't responding. Occasionally this happens due to a server being under a big load - such as site maintenance of databases or backups.

You better hope that P0455 stays on your screen and my car doesn't catch it =p

P0455 has been infecting my car for the past few months. I'm basically immune!
