Think my Volvo has something terminal

The sound coming from the engine doesn't sound great. No CELs. I think it may be a valve issue can you all check the video and give me your input. Thanks in advance. Also 116k miles 06 Volvo S60 2.5T

That does sound horrific but audios are usually badly distorted via interwebs.

Remove serpentine belt to rule out the accessories.

I hope that stops it

How long has the sound been there?

it might be a hunk of belt whacking away at things.

My vote goes for rod bearing too. At this relatively low mileage it is likely that the oil passage to the affected journal/bearing is restricted or clogged or there is some other oil related problem.
