Failed... An aftermarket cat was put on it & now that cat is CA approved apparently

Awesome! Thank you... Might just have to look into this one then. I'm just trying to get this car to pass smog so I can get it sold! haha its starting to show its issues with the age/miles & I'm starting to dump to much money into it with all the problems unfortunately

Make sure whatever shop you may choose to do the welding feels comfortable with it and believes it is the right one - perhaps the one with the inspector if you can swing it. I did not look up engines but odds are that may be the right one for your application.

Much appreciated! & yea its a 2.4L NA Ill plan on ordering it & see if I can find an exhaust/smog shop in the area & get their opinion. Thank you
