Well, new hose did not fix it and I am still getting the code and am a complete loss.... everything, outside of the ecu, has been replaced. My option now is to take it in and let it fail and then take it to an "authorized emissions specialist" and let them scan it.
So So frustrating... I have done so well on maintaining this thing and to have a simple system like this throw me....

Well, wonders never cease. The car passed emissions with the check engine light on.
I would still like to get that light off... but, woohoo!

Take every victory that you can. I have had many, many challenges on my various P80 models over the years, and just had to keep going through the systems one step at a time, and sometimes had to accept maybe I missed something and go back over it again. I have found hidden cracked pipes in the emissions systems at the carbon filter. The later models have them in the rear above the rear axle making it hard to find problems. Eventually I removed the whole filter and all pipes and worked through them and found a couple of cracks. Double check the pipes on you filter which is either at the back like mine or under the LH front corner behind the headlight.

It may be worth finding someone who can 'smoke' the system and see if you can find the issue. Someone else used a shop-vac to push air into their muffler system to find a leak. Maybe the same is worth a try?
