What is the link arm? Volvo S70 1998

What is the link arm? Volvo S70 1998

I am trying to do the 120,000 mile maintenance on a 1998 Volvo S70, and it calls for lubricating the link arm. Is this easy to do, and is this the same thing as the steering stop?
