2000 XC70 bulb on dash, vents

I have a 2000 XC. the bulbs have gone out on the 2 vents above the climate control knobs. Is there a quick way to pop these out to replace the bulbs, or is this an entire dash removal?

And I cannot locate my favorite link of the 'cheat' removal of the dash cluster to get to some bulbs on the speedo, etc. If someone can save me and post the link, I've got new batteries in my head lamp for some interior work tonight.

Still trying to find the correct wire to fix in the rear D pillar to get my rear defrost working.....

That first one will be tricky as there are no lamps there.
But I'm with ya and sure with that there were!
