On my way out of town I notice my P2 is stumbling a bit between 40-55 mph. I feel distinct intermittant miss

Plugs and coils new, about 5k

I read ecm130A and ecm140A which are MAF and MAP sensor errors pending but not stored.

Yes, could not cheap out on this one. Too nice. Still getting 31 mpg in town

I'll chase it down this weekend. Intermittent miss is almost certainly electrical something

Well, I though I replaced coils but one is dated 2008 and the rest are new

Wtf was my head when I did thAt job?

Update.. test drive this morning and not a single skip miss stumble. I had wiggled coil connectors last night, nothing loose. Not definitive but leaning to a coil or connector issue

Our temps dropped down to 50 which I think cleared this up.
I'll replace the last coil and drive it hard

Forgot to close up on this thread. I did replace the coil but the miss never returned, so I was left with that unsatisfied feeling Matt has when he goes to shift gears, and its in D

4 months later I got a no start due to a failed PEM, which almost certainly was the cause of this misfire.

Pump electronic module. On P2 cars, the fuel pump relay is bonded into the Central Electrinics module , the ECM controls the fuel pump by sending a control signal to the PEM, WHICH SENDS A PULSE MODULATED signal to the fuel pump. The upside is the pump I still only run on demand so it lasts longer.part numbers 8634953 30769225
