Assistance with passenger inner axle boot?

Hello all,

While my 2004 XC90 2.5t w/168k miles was at the mechanic's a few days ago, they mentioned that my passenger side inner axle boot was leaking.

I also need new front brake pads and rotors, so I figured I'd try to replace all this at once this coming weekend. I've done the pads and rotors before, no problems.

Unfortunately I can't really find a good walk-through to replace the inner axle boot. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm fairly handy but I like to have a good video or step-by-step instructions with photos, if possible. Any recommendations of which kit to buy?

Here's a picture I snagged while I replaced my front brake rotors and pads. Yuck.
