Leaking steering rack!

Leaking steering rack!

Steering rack isn’t leaking. It’s the line that runs from the drivers side of the rack to the passenger side. Could not tighten hex bolt any further. Can I replace just this line?

It is replaceable, may search the scrappers or at Volvo. If has heavy rust may as well replace the other one.
