How to upload text file with pictures?

I've pulled together some how-to suggestions for refurbishing all a/c components under the hood of the 850. How should I upload so that everything displays in tact?

Best to just print it to a PDF then add it to your list as an attachment

Put searcheable content into the post text to make it findable, all words > 3 characters

Click on Full Editor & Preview. How look at the bottom for the attachment tab ....

I'm getting an error message: "File is too large". It's a pdf and only 22 mb. Suggestions?

I'm not familiar with OneDrive. I use an Intel Mac and had no difficulty mailing pdfs around until this one. Thinking about this file, though, it has 15 pictures and some text with each so it seems like it would be larger than 22 mg, but that's what the Info panel says.

It appears that scot850 had this problem back in February. Might I be running into the same thing?

The pictures are the file hogs. Perhaps reattach at lower resolution?

22Mb is a big file

OneDrive is Microsoft's online storage, there is a way one can share a file with the public from OneDrive. You can get OneDrive for iOS devices at Apples app store.

In a nutshell I'm suggesting you upload the file to a online storage and post a link to it.

I also have a mail server setup with unlimited attachment size. This however doesn't guarantee your service will allow you to send it.

If all else fails, I can provide you with an IP and some creds. to upload it to a FTP server I have. I'll host it.

Jim, the options suggested here will work but IMHO they are more trouble than they are worth. Plus, one of the aims of MVS is to have all content within the site as much as possible, so that when third party providers go away or abruptly change their mind (can you say "Photobucket?"), the site doesn't suffer.
