





I don't think so, if you watch the white lettered printing on the belt go past the wobble is 'keyed' to a specific spot on the belt, not any of the pulleys. If the pulleys were at fault the wobble wouldn't fall on the same exact spot of the belt each time it loops around, once per revolution of the belt, not once per revolution of any of the pulleys which all rotate several times or more per revolution of the belt.
