So I just need to know if I buy a used throttle body(same model that's on it now)does it have to be reprogrammed? Don't know if its worth fixing.200k Thanks Dwayne

It probably will need software. Figure on $150 for that, and a new TB is $400 from FCP.

If your ride is reliable and running well, you cannot replace it for $550, so that repair is worth it, regardless of what the car is 'worth'
