Woah... that happened in the car? I bet that made a nice sound!

As for the LEDs, they should work fine. My cousin put them in his S70 and the front map lights worked, but were very dim. The rear ones didn't work at all. I think the issue though is the LED itself, not the car.

one of my 99 v70xc has 235k miles on it. so instead of a nice and intact coil wire harness. mine looked more like a rats nest. wires are cracked brittle and have open spots. so i have tried to keep all separate. went to the junk yard and cut a harness off for the coils and that included the can sensor also.
so i spliced that in and was very suprised with the amount of smoothness it created. i had never had the CEL on for miss fires or anything so it never ran ruff. although the smoothness of responce was very noticable...so then i drain and filled the trans and coolant flush with an oil change with some cam2 blue blood full syn.
my car is very happy....

It was full! I didn’t grab it (didn’t want to pay whatever those guys wanted to charge me) but it was a cool find indeed! I should have pocketed it... lots of valuable service coupons if they would still take them!
