2010 Volvo S80 3.2 - constant warning "fill washer fluid"

I have a 2010 Volvo S80 3.2 I constantly get warning "fill washer fluid" even though I just filled it. I does not seem to leaking from anywhere. I fill it and after 3 days or so...same thing "fill washer fluid". Please help. Thank you in advance for your assistance..

The level sensor is stuck or defective.
