Oil Leak on Left Side of Engine

Post by dnwong »

I was under the car doing an oil change and notice that there is an oil leak on the left side of the engine. I assume that is the transaxle. Anyone have any idea what that could be? Does not look like an big leak. Just some oil seepage and dirt is stuck to it over time. No drips on the ground.

Most likely is just seepage. Finish off your oil change with a bottle of ATP Automotive Reseal ATP-205. Power wash the engine and keep an eye on it. If it keeps seeping, add a bottle of trace dye and use a ultraviolet light to trace it back to the source.
