How do you get that good engine oil out of the paper towels to use in your Toyota?

I've used a turkey baster to suck oil out of spark plug wells. I've also used small plastic pipettes to suck oil from places where the turkey baster wouldn't fit.

Finally got around to this over the weekend. A+ on the pipettes. Would definitely recommend it.

That is quite a clever solution. A syringe and a piece of clear tubing always worked for me. I may just have to save an empty spray bottle if I encounter this in the future.

I would lose too much transferring into a bottle - I want to transfer it directly....

No problem, go to a boating supply and get one of them Primer Pump Bulbs use to prime portable fuel tanks.
Add hoses to the bulb, stick the from hose in the source oil, sick the to hose in the destination and start pumping the bulb. This is now I make self priming siphon hoses.
